Isolation views’ is the result of a simple collaborative process. People around the world, experiencing versions of lockdown and isolation, sent photos of their views in response to a post on social media;

“To keep busy and help some cash flow, send me a photo from your window / balcony / your favourite building and I’ll paint an A5 watercolour…”

These paintings were made between 26th March and 13th August 2020, as most of the world was in lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

One hundred paintings of one hundred different views, each taking a day to paint.
